Accounts Payable and Admin Coordinator

Accounts Payable and Admin Coordinator Responsibilities: Daily accounts payable functions including accurate paperless data entry of invoices, wire transfers, and initiating check and electronic payments. Verify all 1099 entries, obtain proper W-2’s with new vendors and prepare the 1099 file at year end. Set up all new employees in Great Plains accounting/payroll system. Prepare yearly budget spreadsheets and export department budgets to appropriate managers. Prepare bank deposits and deposit electronically. Prepare and distribute month end reporting. Process incoming and outgoing mail, order and maintain office supplies, answer and route phone calls. Assist staff with completion of expense reports, business travel arrangements, and other clerical tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements: Associate’s Degree in a related business field, five years of office experience. Great Plains (GP) Dynamics accounting software is preferred.
