Program Assistant
Elon University's Center for Access and Success is seeking a Program Assistant. The Program Assistant will maintain the daily functions of the Center's office and work for the four main initiatives including the Elon Academy, the Odyssey Scholars Program, First-Generation Support Services, and the Village Project. Some responsibilities include tracking the Center's budget and expenses, maintaining records and databases for the Center's programs, corresponding with students, faculty, staff, and families, and collaborating with program directors. A good candidate for this position will have effective communication skills, the ability to multitask, and knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management. A Bachelor's degree is required. Fluency in Spanish and English are desired. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
