Network Technician

Lansingburgh Central School District is accepting applications for a new position within our growing technology department. Network Technician $65,000.

12-month, full-time position.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the implementation and maintenance of the District’s network infrastructure, including hardware and software, and database management.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Resource Management, Microcomputer Technology or closely related field; OR Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Resource Management, Microcomputer Technology or closely related field, and two (2) years of experience in the operation and maintenance of microcomputer equipment, which shall have involved local area network administration and the installation, maintenance and use of operating systems and database management.
