Develop marketing and management software for a for real estate management company specializing in furnished units, office, conference room, for short term and long-term rental and lease and maintenance. Maintain data integration. Create and design database, views, stored procedures, and SQL. Troubleshoot and develop patches and resolve the deficiencies. Support automated solutions for data manipulation using interfaces, reporting and data inputs. Participate in software development for functional and technical design specification for database development. Assist in continual improvement of software configuration management process.
