POSITION TITLE: Senior Level Automation Specialist POSITION DUTIES: Troubleshoot, fix, and design mechanical for material handling systems, preferences to packaging equipment. Troubleshoot, fix, and design electrical hardware and software for material handling systems and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot, fix, and design electrical hardware and software process systems, includes cooker process, blend process and wastewater processes. Troubleshoot, fix, and design automation system network. Assist Skilled Tradesmen in use of technical drawings & OEM documentation needed to troubleshoot faults, diagnose equipment failure, and facilitate repairs. On standby for production support. Participate in preventative maintenance during shutdown periods. Participate in design and building of machine safety systems. Design mechanical systems for materials handling and packaging equipment. Design electrical systems for materials handling and packaging equipment. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or higher; 60 months of experience required; Must have certification in Fanuc Handling Tool programming, and certification in Rockwell Automation Control Logix 5000 programming or similar Rockwell Automation programming.
